    Website Information is Beautiful has put together an infographic summing up relevant data about food supplements in the form of a “balloon race”. The higher the bubble in the graphic, the greater evidence there is for its effectiveness.

    The source for this infographic is not to be taken lightly, either. It’s based on over 1,500 studies.

      I've heard a LOT of stuff about fish oil lately, so I'm a little surprised that that balloon isn't bigger in this graphic.
