Website Information is Beautiful has put together an infographic summing up relevant data about food supplements in the form of a “balloon race”. The higher the bubble in the graphic, the greater evidence there is for its effectiveness.
The size of the bubble shows how popular that supplement is (in the US).
The source for this infographic is not to be taken lightly, either. It’s based on over 1,500 studies.
