Sometimes even though you know something is unhealthy, you get tempted.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Regarding sugary foods, I and others find the less you eat of sweets in general, the less you will crave them.  If you go off sugar completely for a few months, it seems so strange to eat sugar, like something is ultra-sweet.  But going off sugar can be difficult if you are truly addicted to sugary foods, like any addiction.</description>
