    A study by Northwestern University has found that eating in the middle of the night can bring about weight gain. According to researchers:

    “…Better timing of meals, which would require a change in behavior, could be a critical element in slowing the ever-increasing incidence of obesity…"

    Who should be mostly concerned about this?

    Apart from the occasional late-night eater, shift workers tend to suffer most from this, according to the study.

    The only caveat in this study: It was done on mice, not humans…
