A few hours ago it was reported that actress Brittany Murphy, known from such films as Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, and 8 Mile has died as a result of a cardiac arrest.

In the case of Michael Jackson, police were investigating his doctor for allegedly prescribing a drug that may have killed him.
